RITA or "La Red Internacional de Transformación y Apoyo" is a non-profit Colombian organization that seeks to improve the living conditions of people in a vulnerable situation or at risk of social exclusion.

 

RITA, along with its volunteers and partner organizations, develops social and educational content projects in order to provide development opportunities to communities located mainly in the region of Norte de Santander, Colombia. We aim to provide help to people regardless of race, ethnicity, color, sex, religion, age, nationality, ancestry, citizenship, sexual orientation, identity and / or expression of gender or disability.

 

In the projects of RITA, the components of education and professional development are included, creating activities that foster the exchange of knowledge and sharing the experiences of people who have achieved their professional goals through education. Thus, RITA seeks to inspire and motivate communities to continue development, showing different tools to access education, and thus improve the quality of life of future generations.
